Enrollment Resources

State Charter School Student Admissions and Lotteries

Under SCSC Rule 691-2-05. GADCA will actively communicate the opportunity for enrollment and admissions. This process is noted on the school’s website which provides procedures to parents/guardians and the community to ensure that students and parents have an equal chance to learn about and apply to the school. Upon request, both the request for admissions and enrollment can be completed via phone or via a hard copy.

GADCA has aligned itself in accordance with the expectation for state charter schools to carry out notification activities over a period, starting no later than two weeks before the enrollment or admission opportunity. During this time the communication activities for enrollment and admission notifications may involve advertising in newspapers or community flyers, posting information on online forums, or any other method designed to disseminate information to the targeted audience.

*Destinations Career Academy of Georgia will enroll students in grades 6–9 for the 2023–2024 school year. We will add one additional grade per year until we serve all grade levels from 6–12.
